Kathmandu 2010 Feb 20:  Chairman of Non- Residential Nepalese (NRN) Devman Hirachan with Secretary Tenji Sherpa, Spokesperson Kumar Bashynet and some others representative had completed a meeting with the political leaders and Head of State of Nepal. The representatives hold talk in issues like fundamental rights of citizenship with some law makers including Chairman of Nepal Bar Association Bisho Kanta MAinali. Meanwhile Chairman Hirachan handed over 216 trolleys for TI Airport. During the meeting Chairman Hirachan was given the first NRN card by Minister of Foreign Affairs Sujata Koirala.
